How to buy from us

If you see a product on our site which you wish to purchase, please contact us via the enquiry form and we will confirm the price with you either by telephone or email. If we have a representative in your area we will visit your salon if you wish so that you can view the products before purchasing, especially important with scissors. Alternatively you may already know what you want in which case you can simply place your order with us. We will invoice you and accept payment by personal cheque, business cheque and Paypal. Once cleared we will despatch the goods to you, normally within 48hrs along with an invoice/receipt.

RETURNS In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please return the goods to us in UNUSED CONDITION and in original packaging for a full refund (less postage costs). GUARANTEE All products carry manufacturers guarantee. On scissors this is a lifetime guarantee against faulty workmanship or material failure. This does not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by dropping or misuse. On electrical goods the warranty is normally 1 year from delivery date. Proof of purchase required.
